R&M Productions announce merger with established Leeds based Production Management, Lighting and Special Effects company Immersive Precision.
As part of the deal the two companies will pool resources to combine a wealth of experience and extensive hire inventory to be able to offer a Full Production service from their bases in Stokesley and Leeds. Both companies will continue to operate as normal under their respective brands, with directors Robbie Baxter, Peter Shorten and their combined teams leading both companies, R&M will take over all equipment rental operations with Immersive focusing on Production Management. Original founding partner of R&M Mike Cataldo steps down from his position to pursue his career in IT.

The combined lighting equipment stock now includes over 200 Robe and Clay Paky moving lights, 600 generic fixtures, 1km of Truss, 480 panels of Video Wall and 100 Motors as well as an extensive inventory of Consoles, Media Servers, Staging, Audio and Special Effects Equipment.
Immersive also bring a large team of experienced engineers and crew and a wealth of Production Management experience with a portfolio that includes a number of Venues and Festivals across the UK and Europe.
